Metabolance offers you a choice of small-scale organic, local charcuterie. The charcuterie comes from Coprobio, a cooperative grouping small organic producers in Belgium or from La Bouch' Bio. It is prepared using traditional methods & organic herbs/spices. No artificial additives are used. Still it remains a "processed" food and as such should be consumed in limited amounts. Try to consume most of your meat in form of "real-cuts". Charcuterie has to be pre-ordered before Monday 10:00 for pick up on Fridays between 15-19h.
