Metabolance offers you farm-fresh, traditionally fermented sourdough bread made with rye and spelt from two biodynamic Belgian producers (farm Jacquemart and "La mie et le copain"). You can also get breads made from ancient grains (kamut, Einkorn and chestnut) produced by Bakery "Legrand".
Thanks to our collaboration with the European bakery "Bread is Beautiful", we also offer you a selection of artisanal, organic sourdough breads from Germany.
Under "storable foods", you also find packaged, sprouted bread
I do not recommend quick-rise breads prepared with baking soda or yeast instead of sourdough (even if organic and/or whole grain), baking mixes, "protein" soy breads or "white" breads.
